== Appearance ==
He has a mustache and wears a red ringmaster’s coat and a tophat. He's rather large almost comparable to [[Yorm|Yorm's]] stature and size that's hidden under his colorful attire and glamour.<ref name=":0"/>
== Personality ==
He takes a more pragmatic and slow approach into build places for Turnscales by earning favors and acceding where he can which can seem like cowardice to some.<ref name=":0"/>
== Background ==
As a Mason, those that build places for Turnscales, he takes in a number of people as apprentices using it as a guise to hide Turnscales in them.<ref name=":0">{{chl|10.47 S (Pt. 2)}}</ref>

When [[Saliss Oliwing|Saliss]] went to war for the Turnscale cause he called on others for their help with many of them dying as a result, Deyssdra refused the call which became the source of sourness between his relationship with Saliss.<ref name=":0"/>

He and the Salazsar Army contingent that were sent to the [[New Lands of Izril]] arrive just as Saliss was destroying the ice wall created by the 'Fatguin', he tries to steal Saliss' thunder but the [[Flamewardens]] beat the both of them to the punch. He later tries to have a professional, private chat with Saliss about how things are going but Saliss storms away in anger. Deyssdra does one of his performances on a makeshift stage for the [Soldiers] to see, then a massive started to ensue with Saliss being the epicenter of it. Deyssdra starts to fight Saliss to stop him but both are told to stop by [[Navine Gemscale|Navine]] before there are any casualties.<ref name=":0"/>
