Once that is done, the spell opens a gateway to other artifact(s) were only sound alone pass through.

			This artifact(s) also scrambles the sound of the speakers voice’s intonations and tone, making them flat and dispassionate, so that they will not be recognized. The only thing that can be recognized about them is their gender.<ref name="7.24" /> It is currently unknown if this applies for the user side as well or not.
