== Synopsis == Ryoka arrives at Magnolia's Estate after (not really) befriending Reynold, and is ushered towards the [Lady]. They trade barbs for a while, and Ryoka is stumped by Magnolia's eloquent stings. When Ryoka refuses to talk or reveal secrets about her world, Magnolia becomes more and more impatient. Finally, the conversation turns to warfare: Magnolia states that she can easily destroy any single army with guns, but she professes to fear a changed world where each side has basically an unlimited supply of guns and the most numerous side will win - given that the Antinium are capable to outbreed the other races. Magnolia clearly knows that other powers of Innworld prepare for war, and when Ryoka indicates to her that sulfur is one of the ingredients of gunpowder, she reveals to know something about it. Then she changes topic: She wants helpful inventions (starting with all kinds of candy), and become rich beyond reason. Ryoka has three contigencies for that: * Calling Ivolethe - but Magnolia displays her power over her land/class and banishes the Faerie. * Claiming the Antinium are not the enemy. She reveals that the Antinium believe their true enemy is a God, which meets Magnolia's initial disbelief, but then changes the situation once Ryoka reveals she learned it from Klbkch (Chapter 2.41). * Ryoka doesn't have to reveal the third. Then, Great Mage Nemor bursts into the room to tell Magnolia that the Circle of Thorns wants her dead.
