Rags awakens from a Goblin King dream to find her tribe outside of a mountain in the human lands near Invrisil. She reflects on the battle with the Goblin Lord's army and how Garen told her that it was just a warband, a fraction of the Goblin Lord's true forces. So the Flooded Waters Tribe came to the mountain to meet the strongest Goblins on Izril. Garen doesn't tell Rags much of his plan and prepares to lead the way, so she questions the Goldstone Chieftain instead. The Goldstone Chieftain tells Rags that the tribe here is strong, but he also questions if she is Chieftain. Rags declares that she is in front of those watching and the Goldstone Chieftain accepts.

When they enter the mountain, a former home to the Dwarves, they enter the banquet hall and meet the Great Chieftain Tremborag. Tremborag asks Garen why they've come, ignoring Rags, and he tells them he wants to become allies to fight the Goblin Lord. Rags speaks out telling the Mountain City Tribe that she is Chieftain, but Tremborag dismisses her and applauds Garen for getting a Chieftain to lead his armies while he fights. Tremborag sets out a feast on the long table and has a seat for Garen near him at it's head, but Rags' is set far away. Not taking the insult Rags marches to the head of the table and tries to take the seat of another Hob - several of her Chieftains and later Garen stand up to defend her when the Hob tries to challenge her. Afterwards Rags goes to explore the mountain but is convinced by the Goldstone Chieftain and another Hob to take a bodyguard, saying that the mountain is not Goblin. Rags responds by agreeing and saying that she is Goblin.
