Sitting in the Frenzied Hare, Ceria finishes recounting her story of their time at Wistram to the teary eyed Erin who laments their tragedy. The Horns had decided that one of their member could afford to stay at the inn each night, with Ceria getting the luck of the draw this night.
The next morning as the two rejoin the horns on the wagon Ksmvr expresses his hope to oneday return to the Hive. Erin mentions that Pisces was much nicer at Wistram; Pisces looks angry at Ceria for revealing his past but Erin tells him that he sounded really cool during his days dueling at Wistram.
During lunch Erin serves them her cousdeer soup and once they resume travelling Pisces decides to walk alongside the cart, practicing his [Flash Step] in tandem with his rapier skills as they travelled.
Once they reach Esthelm they enter the city so Yvlon can get information about Ylawes. Some armed residents of the city acting as guards, including Umbral, approach the wagon and explain that the city should be safe but they might need to confiscate any essentials that they're carrying. Erin offers to get them food and more blankets and pillows while giving away the ones on the wagon, Yvlon stops her before she goes through the door and causes an incident.
They're housed in a former inn with other survivors and visitors, Erin spends the evening using her Advanced Cooking to feed some of the citizens. Umbral thanks Erin for the food and tells them about how Ylawes and his team helped them defend the city and lead them to the plaque where a statue of him is to be built. Next to the statue was a grave with blooming flowers for the Florist. Umbral mentions the Goblins and a skeleton with purple eyes before mentioning that the Silver Swords headed North to look for Yvlon.
Lyonette wakes up to her busy workday of running the inn to her new guests. While serving breakfast to Zel she wonders if Erin realised how unsuitable the inn is for actual guest: it only has a single outhouse and 9 private rooms - which is only just enough for Zel and the two gold-rank teams. After learning about how Griffon Hunt used to use dogs to hunt Griffins from Halrac, the adventurers leave for the dungeon and Zel for the city.
After the incident with Mrsha, Lyonette is no longer fully banned from the city and Krshia frequently visits the inn to teach Mrsha. Zel returns after having spoken with Zevara and the other Walled cities who are all concerned about the arrival of the other Antinium to liscor. Zel and Lyonette discover the trapdoor leading to the basement of the inn and Zel expresses his doubts about this missing innkeeper if she isn't even aware of her own cellar.
Lyonette tells Zel about Erin and then plans to make dinner until Mrsha starts howling. Krshia responds with a howl from Liscor. Erin and the Horns arrive, greeted by an impatient Mrsha. Relc, Zevara, Selys and Olesm all hear of Erin's return through the other Drakes. The individual Antinium elect Pawn to go see her as the rest have duties. Klbkch speaks to Xrn of her return, prepared for itneresting times ahead.
