== Synopsis == [King] Raelt of Jecrass holds council with his river wardens and lets them know about the King of Destruction's declaration of non-aggression. They all react anxious but ultimately agree with Raelt that Jecrass has to accede to the demands of Flos' to grant free passage to everyone who wants to join him. Some of Raelt's river wardens come to regret to have oppressed their subjects, though. Raelt goes and meets with his adopted daughter [Dueling Princess] Jecaina, who eagerly wants to join Flos, but Raelt wouldn't hear of that, forbidding her to join him since she is his heir and passage to Flos' lands would be dangerous. Then, Raelt tele-meets [Prime Minister] Lyfelt from Belchan, and they confer about their next strategy, especially with regards to Flos. - Meanwhile, in Pomle, Salii and Orjin are organizing the Conference of Pomle, where several rulers of the area south of Reim meet to also discuss strategy: Nsiia has no problems with acceding to Flos' demands and is glad that he declared to not attack anyone. [Queen] Revine is still furious about Flos sacking Savere's cities decades ago, while [Magus-Crafter] Femithain and [Queen] Yisame are moderate and agree to not declare war against Reim just yet. However, there is a secret missive sent from the Emperor of Sands, that turns the events of the meeting. Based on this letter, all other nations present declare war against Tiqr and its [Empress] Nsiia after they left the conference.
