== Synopsis == Flos is distracted from his somber mood by Teres. She shows him a swollen yellat affected by his [Edict of Bloom] and takes a picture of him with her smartphone. Word is brought that an army of 20,000 has crossed the borders from Khelt. The Quarass of Germina arrives in Reim and is greeted by Flos. Nsiia of Tiqr contacts Flos by spell. The archmages of Wistram spy upon the conversation and listen as Nsiia claims that Oliphant now houses 600,000 people. She tells Flos that she will swear allegiance to him if he uses his skills on her people. Flos replies that he will consider it. The archmages panic and decide to warn the coalition army. The next morning, Wistram intercepts a message from Nsiia to Femithain of Illivere telling him to run. Wistram interprets this to mean that Flos has used his skills on Tiqr. As the rest of the coalition begins to slowly withdraw in fear, Femithain stands his ground against the approaching army of Tiqr. To the coalition's surprise and outrage, Nsiia surrenders herself and Tiqr specifically to the Illivere Federation.
