Maughin is a Dullahan that lives in Pallass, and the second best blacksmith of the entire City.

Maughin is very tall, but while he is not as tall as Moore he is nearly as broad-shouldered.[2] His armor is white with the exception of a color pattern found on the armguards and other parts on the armor.[1]
