| An Interlude is a type of side story chapter of the Wandering Inn. Originally released with sequential numbers, in later volumes they were titled with the character or subject the chapter focused on. Interludes have become more common in later volumes. Usually they signal a break from the main story or characters focusing on a specific part of the world.
