==Synopsis==
[[Numbtongue]] recollects the first time he shoved a [Guardsman] out of the way, the [[Drake]] fell down main stairs of [[Pallass]] left in an unmoving state which made him think about the sight for the entire day, yet after the sixth time of pushing a [Guard] he has forgotten all about. He and [[Salkis Blackwing|Salkis]] meets two of her friends at a bar, the [[Goblin]] answers the inane question tossed at him but becomes fixated at the music that's being played, enjoying himself he begins to dance in the crowd bringing [[Kisne]] with him to grind on the dance floor. Going to get a drink, the apparition of [[Pyrite]] appears questioning Numbtongue's actions which only infuriates the [Bard] making return back to fun times with his date. [[Nold]] starts a fight with Numbtongue for dancing with Kisne, after knocking the guy down Numbtongue and Salkis leaves the bar before the Watch gets called on them for the disturbance, they enter a cheap tavern to have a lot of sex. Even with the fleeting moments of enjoyment, Numbtongue during a break in the action still thinks his life sucks wondering when did it all change, Salkis wants to form an [[Adventurers|adventuring]] team with him and her friends but he shuts the notion down as there's no cohesion between the members. He then remembers it was after the battle on the Solstice when he failed to volunteer to risk his life at sea was when everything changed, to distract himself from the thought he returns back to having sex but imagines Salkis as [[Erin Solstice|Erin]] which causes him to go into mental collapse. Salkis angered that this has happened again departs leaving the Hobgoblin alone as he curls up around the stained sheets.

Salkis finishes writing down the information she has gathered of Numbtongue's [[Classes|class]], levels and new [[skills]] to the two members of the [[Bloodfeast Raiders]] in Dragman's Bar telling them of her understanding of how some of his new skills work. [[Vendyne]] inquires into her efforts to corrupt the Goblin onto their side and to infiltrate [[The Wandering Inn]] for information as there are rumors that there's something happening there. [[Lesorel]] mocks her as he leaves telling her that he's going on another raid, she becomes incensed as she hasn't gone to one in three months but gets reminded to do her job or she'll be ''motivated'' to do so. Numbtongue arrives at the bar in a drunken stupor starting a fight with the patrons there with Salkis joining in after she was hit with a mug, after being kicked out Salkis uses her [Corruptor] skill to influence Numbtongue to heading towards the Wandering Inn, he accepts but only after they go to Salkis's home.

Salkis tries to reason her way out of going home but loses to Numbtongue's stubbornness as they reach her family estate, entering the [[Blackwing Family|Blackwing]] home Numbtongue heads straight towards the mango tree at the center of the open-style manor with [[Melika Blackwing|Melika]] flying down from the second floor. Melika offers to have some snacks and chatter but Salkis refuses leaving telling her stepmother to inform her [[Werdin Blackwing|dad]] that she was there, they arrive at the inn with Numbtongue feeling like everyone there is accusing him of something whether or not they actually are. When [[Root Mrsha]] sees Numbtongue she tries to hug the Goblin but with him being in a sour mood he tells her off making the tense atmosphere even worse.

In the ''"Better Days"'' reality, Pyrite whips himself something to re-energize his mind from all the thinking he's been doing, [[Niers Astoragon|Niers]] coming from the beach [[Garden of Sanctuary|[Garden of Sanctuary]]] arrives at the bar beginning to play his game of weighing and balancing everything. To throw the [[Fraerling]] off course he asks about if one of the [[Last Boxes]] were ever opened and sips his coffee to the non-answer unsure if he can push the man any further with his questions, whether or not he is fake or real Pyrite thinks on what he can do that matters with the time he has. [[Kevin Hall|Kevin]] meanwhile paces around knowing in his mind what [[Mrsha du Marquin|Mrsha]] told him to be the truth talking to [[Halrac Everam|Halrac]] and [[Headscratcher]] about their dilemma having to ponder the choice of going with the girl and leaving everything that they knew behind. Pyrite enters one of the more private garden for something private waiting for the Gnoll girl to return afraid of the uncertainty of his world as the knowledge spreads to the others.

In the ''"Ten Years Later"'' reality, it is the eighteenth birthday for [[Mrsha Marquin Solstice (Adventurer)|Mrsha]] which she has invited many friends on the inn for the special occasion and for another attempt to find the cure for the [Innkeeper], she fretfully ponders what she should do after finding out about the entryway into the [[Palace of Fates|[Palace of Fates]]] and who she should tell about it. She calls [[Visma]] to come over the inn and after strong-arming [[Drassi Tewing|Drassi]] is the new [Reporter] allowed to go there, Mrsha tells Visma several instructions swearing on Erin's name that this is serious. Mrsha passes through the barrier into the Palace to see if what [[Rianchi]] had told her to be the truth to find a way to bring Erin back to life or die trying.

In the Palace, [[Rags]] and Mrsha discuss what has happened since they last convened such as another [[Rags (Student)|Rags]] appearing in their reality to help against the [[Mortemdefieir Titan]], they wonder what going to happen to those from the Palace doors after all of this is done feeling responsible for their respective counterpart. Rags's last question for now is on release of [[Sheta (Palace of Fates)|Sheta]] as a solution to their problems and why not pull a high level version of someone they trust, Mrsha explains that high leveled people are often enough unpredictable and damaged individuals which can do more harm than good. [[Dyeda]] calls in informing Rags that her student self is on the [[scrying orbs]] talking making the [Chieftain] and her Goblins run as fast as they can to deal with the situation except for [[Fightipilota]] who stays behind for Mrsha as she is just as important, Mrsha enters the ''"Better Days"'' door to talk and listen to the people there telling Fighti to warn the Ragses to be careful as it will hurt.

The secret is spreading in each world as ''"Better Days"'' Pyrite has had a private chat with Moore as Erin notices that something is wrong from the [[Half-Giant|Half-Giant's]] expression, Adult Mrsha observes Rags ascend the rope into the garden knowing that she hasn't been found out planning to see if she can grab a root to hide her tracks.

Student Rags is surrounded by the Goblins of the [[Flooded Waters Tribe]] seeing the massive difference this [[Goblinhome]] is to the one she knows answering question on how they can make improvements to the place, she becomes flustered from all of the expectations thrown at her but soon calms down as things shift to continue showing her the rest of Goblinhome. [[Redscar Ischen|Redscar]] asks Student Rags what she's good at with her bringing up doing stand up comedy realizing that they don't have that in this world, an idea forms in her mind but becomes unsure if it's a good thing to do until Redscar explains that he'll take responsibility for it if there's any fallout. After styling herself Student Rags is shown on the second channel of [[Wistram News Network]] lead by [[Drassi Tewing|Drassi]] speaking on fortifications of Goblinhome, Niers and his students are dumbfounded as the Goblin moves on to present what she really wanted to tell with her presentation of encroaching army traveling through the [[High Passes]]. With her time running out Student Rags lastly speaks on what's everyone's mind whenever it comes to Goblin, [[Goblin Kings]] and how it affect Goblinkind whenever they arise while also mentioning the first non-Goblin she met that didn't want to kill her.

Numbtongue and everyone else in the inn are in shock by what they're seeing on the [[Scrying orbs|scrying orb]], Root Mrsha tries to reassure Numbtongue that she cares for him and won't tell anyone what he's been doing hoping that he won't leave the inn forever. Numbtongue leaves the conversation in shame heading to [[Stitchworks]] for his cat [[Reagen]] yet too does his talks with [[Octavia Cotton|Octavia]] turn into a confrontation making him storm out of the place grabbing Salkis sinking deeper into his sadness.

[[Teriarch]] wonders if the Goblin created the idea of doing comedy herself or remembered it as the two younger [[Dragons]] are being evacuated from the area, he explains what Draconic Titans are to [[Magnolia Reinhart|Magnolia]] and the threat he faces. [[Rafaema Manusara Coloseuvia|Rafaema]] is unwilling to leave Teriarch behind but he blatantly tells her that she is too weak to do anything and that he even in his prime would still be weary of facing the thing unprepared, with her and [[Cirediel Anvi’dualln Olicuemerdn|Cirediel]] taken away Teriarch mentally readies himself for what's to come.

Rags observes what Student Rags has done realizing that it's things that she would've love to have done deciding to have Fightipilota return back to the inn to back up Mrsha in whatever she's doing, Student Rags feels exuberant after her showing and while the [Reporters] are distracting everyone she explains to Rags that there are three [[spells]] heading their way telling the Chieftain that wants to do right by this world with her stunt sharing her experience of doing the same in her reality. The first spell arrives with the [Student] deflecting the [Flamestrike] with her enchanted umbrella, the [Blademaster] shatters the [Stone Lance] into countless pieces, and lastly the [Chieftain] jovially absorbs the lightning struck from above into her sword as everyone cheers around her. Rags steps up to the scrying orb telling all watching that it's a common story for Goblins to be endlessly hunted and if [[Shirka]] and the Second Army want to give it a try she welcomed to it but to be ready for the consequences. Rags, Student Rags and the rest of her cohort run back to their Wyverns to return to the inn to all that they can to help.Shirka speaks with High Command that they are not the source of the leak getting orders to secure her position in the High Passes now knowing that she has an actual opponent in Rags and her tribe wondering who else is dancing in their tango.

Mrsha learns that ''"Better Days"'' Pyrite has told Moore fearing what'll happen once the big secret is known to all, Pyrite also tells her that he and most likely the other refuse to go to the other world offering to help her to ask the other the same conundrum. As Mrsha was about to leave back to the Palace the Mrsha of ''"Better Days"'' finds her in the garden asking who she is, Mrsha leaves a message behind before leaving into the Palace with Pyrite eating what was said. Mrsha gets informed by [[Dyeda]] of what happening on the scrying orb and that Root Mrsha wants to speak with her but that there are too many eyes on her especially [[Ushar|Ushar's]], unknowingly Mrsha had began opening another to look into. In the ''"If [[Brunkr Silverfang|Brunkr]] Lived"'' reality, she views Erin, [[Lyonette du Marquin|Lyonette]] and the rest in the inn the night during when the [[Raskghar]] attacked, slamming the door Mrsha is utterly overwhelmed by everything telling Dyeda that she's about to do something crazy and to get [[Rianchi]] to check on some people.

Ushar is determined to not fail her charge telling Root Mrsha that she can be confided to if wanted, one of the [[Calanfer|Calanferian]] [Servers] by the name of Chaires walks up to Root Mrsha offering to do a number of services like one who's pampering a [Princess] of Calanfer missing the mark of Mrsha's character. Root Mrsha remarks on how everything taste good hinting to a time when she went without it, Chaires comes by again trying to tempt the girl but Root Mrsha stops her from pushing any further by revealing her name [[Xinthe]] for all to hear. Root Mrsha gives a blank card to Xinthe to pass it on to a nearby [[Drake]] as a message for all the spies in the inn to not cross the line lest they want their identity to be revealed or worse such as someone like [[Foliana]] learning about them. She tells it straight to the spies that she do harm upon them but only if they're mean in their actions, the spies begin to readjust their reports as Root Mrsha calls out five names of spies that she doesn't want to see again with [[Jerimila]] white as a ghost leaving the inn in rush.

Ushar is dumbfounded with what the [[Gnoll]] child has pulled feeling that something is terribly wrong, Root Mrsha passes on a coded message for Rianchi to [[Asgra]], Root Mrsha enters the Garden with Ushar weary leading the way in after Rianchi came by asking her to help clean [[Apista]]. Ushar becomes distracted with Apista suddenly landing on her face and as she recovers she notices that her charge has changed in significant ways, losing her patience Ushar demands to be told what is happening with Mrsha running away from the [[Thronebearers of Calanfer|Thronebearer]] until she is caught by [[Elia Arcsinger|Elia]]. Ushar orders nobody listen to Mrsha's words seeing madness and drive in the little girl's eyes professing to bear the weight of whatever she is carrying, trusting in the Thronebearer Mrsha does plan to show her where they need to be but first they need to call for backup. [[Normen Callesn|Normen]] and the [[Order of Solstice]] appear at the inn after seeing Rags doing standup knowing that something was wrong, after learning of the gravity of what Mrsha is asking for they agree to follow and aid the girl with her task. The Calanferian [Servers] under orders to protect Mrsha attempt to stop them from leaving but are powerless to do so, the trusted are allowed follow the group with Numbtongue being the last to run into the Garden with numerous other hitting the barrier blocked from knowing more of what's happening.

They slowly enter the [Palace of Fates] with Ushar finding that there are two Mrshas existing horrified by what she assumedly think happened with the [Box of Incontinuity] but Mrsha corrects her by telling where they are at, [[Sheta (Palace of Fates)|Sheta]] watches the group enter the Palace feeling outrage from the unworthy entering the place only the greatest beings should only have access to. She observes Normen enter his version of the Palace unlike the others that had a clear picture of what a palace looked his was of old cobblestone streets and brickwork buildings. A city street for a streetrat with glass stained windows on the ceiling shining a light down that carried depictions of hat of different styles and make which that man knew who they represented, completely terrified he opens one of the doors and quickly shuts it close saying that he saw something glorious and true. Sheta envied the man as gains a deeper understanding of his class realizing that she had forgotten her objection to their presence.

[[Ama]] had to be pulled away by the other [[Knights]] from the doors lest she break from the visions she had witnessed, [[Durene Faerise|Durene]] nearly falls victim to the same pain  faced with the possibilities her doors of the Palace can show, the two and [[Vess]] move forwards as a trio guarding their hearts against the powers of fate. Numbtongue runs away from the singular, reoccurring door knowing it contains the vision he so desperately wanted yet fears greatly running into [[Antherr Twotwentyonethree Herodotus|Antherr]] as the [[Antinium]] gazes at his version of the Palace holding onto the image of his sky to share with [[Pawn]]. All Sheta can say after watching them was that she should've invited her trusted there acknowledging that she was afraid. Ushar follows the two Mrshas through her Palace as she explains to everyone there that the skill was only meant to show you every possibility but that the [[Faerie Flowers]] allows them to enters the doors and bring things out of them. Normen refuses to let anything happen until he knows what this all means with Mrsha showing them the door of ''"If Brunkr Lived"'' elucidating that even if it's meaningless that they still need to do the right thing.

In the ''"If Brunkr Lived"'' reality, it's mid morning when the city of [[Liscor]] was able to fend off the Raskghar attack yet everyone has forgotten that that there's still a full moon with the inn left unprotected, Lyonette tends to Brunkr's wounds when [[Nokha]], the Raskghar and [[Cave Goblins]] hiding in the waters emerge aiming for the [[Doombearers|Doombearer]] leaving Brunkr the sole person for two minutes to defend everyone in the inn. As Nokha slashes at Brunkr a figure with green flames shield the oncoming blow with the rest of the Knights take care of the other hostiles in the inn, Nokha after clashing with the [Knight] flees in fear but runs into Ushar and Mrsha who howls an alarm loud enough for Liscor to hear. Nokha dives towards Mrsha but is summarily stopped by Elia and Normen who ends her life from causing anymore harm, the [Grandmaster] observes Brunkr seeing the lie the [Innkeeper] has told about their founding member but just like a [Thug] doing a job for easy pay so too can the Gnoll be ready for the mantle. Normen introduces himself to Brunkr with Mrsha walking up to the Gnoll breathing heavily for hard conversation they're going to have.

Later on when Ushar is asleep receiving her levels, the Second Edition of the [[Grand Design of Isthekenous]] ponders if it should add descriptions for skills.
