Bastion-General Quiteil uses his Skills and expends a Tier 7 scroll [Arrow of Winter: Glacius Pillar] to make a mile-radius blast zone of cold. After the battle, racial and cultural tensions between the various factions defending the wall heighten. Tom does crappy, un-funny stand-up comedy that makes almost everyone uncomfortable.
