The [Assassins] try to kill Farmer Lupp and Ryoka's friends in revenge. The Five Families kill them, and conduct a massive purge, blowing up their ships, unmasking and executing their agents with truth spells. House Veltras finds Mire the [Assassin]-[Alchemist] Face, and executes her in front of her family. Jericha (is implied to have) tortured the [Toxins Expert]. Half the leaders of the Circle of Thorns reveal that they were foreign adversaries that infiltrated the Circle. 

Erin experiments with her new [Boon of the Guest] skill, giving people [Boon of Relc] and [Boon of Saliss]. Pawn and Xrn test his [Prayer: A Leaf in the Wind]. Fierre uses a new skill, [Body: Reject Toxins] to cough up more silver dust. Fetohep of Khelt orders bicycles from Solar Cycles (Kevin, Selys, Hedault, and Pelt's bike shop), and reveals that he knows Kevin is an Earther, inviting him to come to Khelt. Chaldion, Altestiel, Olsem, Bird, Erin, Niers (through the magic chessboard), and a bunch of others have a chess tournament. Troy starts giving tips to the Flying Gnoll of Pallass. Badarrow and Snapjaw buy out Octavia's stock of mana and healing potions for Goblinhome. Invrisil tries to poach Joseph for their football team. Hexel bolts the magic door to the wall and installs a truth stone in an arch above it, to check for [Assassins], and Lyonette hires him to help design stuff for the inn.

Krshia tells Erin it's time for the Meeting of Tribes, and wants to talk about Mrsha.
