== tl;dr ==
[[Krshia]] and some [[Gnolls]] from [[Liscor]] arrive at the [[Meeting of the Tribes]]. [[Tkrn]] defends [[Inkar]] from Gnolls of the [[Decles Tribe]], starting a large brawl involving many important Gnolls and groups.

== Synopsis ==
This chapter primarily follows Krshia, and the various Gnoll politics which arise at the [[Meeting of the Tribes]]. Plains Gnoll tribes dislike City Gnolls. Tkrn gets into a fight defending Inkar. [[Akrisa Silverfang]] explains the ritualistic welcome that had unsettled Krshia. We also follow Inkar's POV as she wanders around the various camps.
