The two girls befriended each other,{{ref|2.01}} and rushed to the [[Ruins of Liscor|crypt ruin]] where the [[Horns of Hammerad]] had failed, because they wanted to rescue [[Ceria Springwalker|Ceria]], who was together with [[Olesm]] the only remaining survivors of the expedition.{{ref|2.02}}{{ref|2.03}} Exiting the ruins, Erin and Ryoka are ambushed by [[Gazi]] who tried to kidnap and bring them to [[Flos]], her [King]. After a long brainstorming session, Ryoka left Erin to take care of her own things,{{ref|2.07}} while Erin had to face the arriving winter. Her skeleton [[Toren]] blew up the [[First Wandering Inn|old inn]], and Erin's friends helped her reconstruct [[The Wandering Inn|a new inn]] much closer to Liscor.{{ref|2.11}} Erin also had her first successes as a salesperson for hamburgers short after.{{ref|2.13}} It then turned out that the Liscorians quickly copied Erin's recipe, and in an attempt to top them again, she started an iPhone concert on a whim - something that has not been repeated afterwards. At that time, Erin also received a magical chessboard{{ref|2.17}} and assembled a banquet for [[Frost Faeries]] who gifted her the [[Faerie Flowers]].{{ref|2.21}}

Erin gained her first living employee soon afterwards: [[Lyonette du Marquin|Lyonette]], who was reluctant to became a [Barmaid] in her inn.{{ref|2.25}} Her employment also created a rift between Erin and all [[Gnolls]] in Liscor,{{ref|2.26}} as Lyonette had been condemned to death in exile by the Liscorian authorities. She also saw the revival of the [[Horns of Hammerad]] in that time.{{ref|2.33}}While Ryoka was away on her delivery from [[Teriarch]], Erin was invited by Lady [[Magnolia Reinhart]] to her mansion in [[Invrisil]]{{ref|2.37}}, and returned from there shortly before Ryoka came back with [[Mrsha]].{{ref|2.38}}After Erin overworked Toren, he stranded her near [[Celum]].
