Archmage Feor is a very old, even called ''ancient'', mage that has represented Wistram for over a century, thus making him part of Wistram's council. Feor was head of the council which made the verdict that [[Pisces]] should leave the Academy.

For his determination to increase his magical power, he is looking for new and powerful magics across the world.
