==Powers and Abilities== Gargoyles are considered a Gold-rank threat due to their proclivity to pose as pieces of the landscape until their prey wanders by and then ambush them. Although not nearly as dangerous as many Gold-rank monsters, their tough skin, ability to βspitβ stone shrapnel and their tendency to hunt in packs makes them too much of a threat for Silver-rank teams to handle. The ''Inner'' High Passes have more fearsome monsters.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2018/08/28/5-15/ Chapter 5.15], [https://wanderinginn.com/2018/11/27/5-41/ Chapter 5.41]</ref>
