The Halfseekers are an older team that have had several iterations.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2022/11/05/9-24/ Chapter 9.24]</ref> When the Halfseekers still had 8 members, they were considered one of the best Gold-rank teams on the [[Issrysil|continent]].<ref name="Chapter 4.19">[https://wanderinginn.com/2018/03/17/4-19/ Chapter 4.19]</ref> However, one of their [[Garen Redfang|members]] betrayed the party to steal a key that is one part of unlocking a great treasure and ended up killing many of the other members in the process.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2019/02/09/5-58/ Chapter 5.58]</ref> They continued to adventure as a Gold-ranked team though their combat power and utility was greatly diminished.

In the past, all eight members together could have taken down a nest of adult [[Creler|Crelers]] (which not even Gold-rank teams usually dare to try) and fight their way through a trio of [[Wyverns]].
