Niers Astoragon's students head to Oteslia carrying the poisoned Yerranola, chased by pirates and seafolk. Part of Feshi's Weatherfur tribe comes to defend them. We discover that Oteslia's First Gardener has an adoptive son who is a Dragon in disguise: "Cire"
