He tells her of a time when he met Fraerlings sharing their funny interaction as he enters Liscor promising to himself, the deceased Moore of this reality and the Moore who left for another world that he'll do whatever he can to build a better future.
Liscor's elections have been going on for a few months when he appeared and being new to the city means that he has no base, support or backing to win a seat on the council, yet he has to be on the Council to further enact his plans so he begins with buying a house in the third district with help from the inn's coffers. To build up his credibility he walks through the streets of Liscor twirling his staff which gains the attention of everyone with a crowd beginning to follow him around towards the northern gates of Liscor, in an alleyway he sees a Drake and a Human fighting which he stops. Embarrassed to continue the fighting the two leave with Beilmark telling an incoming [Guardsman] that she has everything handled, about to move on a little girl asks Mireden about the last Half-Giant of Izril which he shares that he is his uncle who has come to Liscor to honor his nephew's sacrifice for the city and that being the last of a species is alright if one has friends and family to be with. | Liscor's elections have been going on for a few months when he appeared and being new to the city means that he has no base, support or backing to win a seat on the council, yet he has to be on the Council to further enact his plans so he begins with buying a house in the third district with help from the inn's coffers. With one last question she asks about his involvement in the city's elections and his plans for if he fails, he tells her that is a [Green Mage] as well with ideas for business if he fails which he will not, as he leaves Beilmark put him on the list of Crazy Inn People.
To build the good will he desires from | To build the good will he desires from citizen of Liscor he has to go outside of its influence as there is too much flowing into the city at the moment, out of all the nearby locations he goes to Esthelm as it fit his goals the best as the city is still in a declining state with no true backing even with Pelt's help. After getting directions to the best Charm-Expert in the city, Mireden enters Malak's Mystiques but is not able to find Miss Ediya there, speaking with Malak he learns that even with the Walled Cities they had some business until the Witches of Riverfarm held a festival selling their own kind of charms and trinkets. Mireden shares that he has a business proposal for Ediya and possible work for the [Gemcutter] getting taken to someone who's cleaning the [Florist] statue that's been defaced with mud. Cleaning the statue with a quick spell Mireden introduces himself to Ediya sharing that he has a proposal for her and the other [Crafters] of Esthelm willing to give a quick demonstration in Liscor, Ediya and Malak gather the artisans of Esthelm for the Lord's proposal hoping that this isn't another [Charlatan] or Golden Triangle Incident.

Mireden, the group of Esthelm's artisans, and the larger crowd that had followed them halt at an altar by the northern gates of Liscor, he points out to them that there is where Moore and Ulinde of the Halfseekers had died when facing off against the Hag Queen and Draugr. He asks if they feel it with Malak unsure of what he's talking about, he then points to the altar for Tekshia and the 5 Brotherhood members who died fighting the horde of Draugr and pointing to numerous significant events that happened around Liscor asking again if they can feel it. Mireden explains to the crowd that those altars are more than just the materials they are made out of, he then shows three items and their significance and by using the energy coming from Tekshia's altar and his belief he creates a spear-charm that's gives a bit of courage. He explains that what he used was the meaning coming from the site of power similar to how Witches work with their craft, but that Witches can't harness that power like they can. He speaks on that eventually charms will become commonplace and that they will grow stronger with more belief in them but that the strongest of them will always be made by those who know the reason why they matter. Mireden was able to sell three charms for the day leaving the stall he was at towards another strange and wonderful journey.
