Nearly a decade ago, Jungle Tails initiated a project involving kidnapping children to experiment on them in response to losing footing against the rising Forgotten Wing Company. They performed unethical experiments on them to turn them into military assets, such as assigning Blood classes and breaching the Minacien Wall. Those responsible were killed by their victims, and the children are kept contained in the facility of Oelnnox by the Forgotten Wing Company to this day.<ref>{{VERef|10.08 (Pt. 2)}}</ref> They did still manage to evacuate some of the successful subjects before they lost control, some like Illex Twiceborn becoming notable figures in the company.<ref name=":2">{{VERef|10.52 N}}</ref>

As most of their forces are Lizardfolk, they employ many Naga evolutions, including rare and lesser known evolutions. They can field hundreds of Medusas to slow and freeze large forces. They can improve their range and effectiveness further with Glasses of Amplification, mobile platforms bearing large lenses.<ref name=":2" />
