Keireen is first mentioned by Pellmia when the Lord attempts to advise [[Tyrion Veltras|Lord Tyrion Veltras]] on pursuing [[Ryoka Griffin]].<ref name=":0" /> She believes that it is a good sign that the Wind Runner hasn't yet fled and advises Pellmia to tell Tyrion to be direct so that both parties know where they stand.<ref name=":0" />

After hearing of Tyrion's disastrous attempt to court Ryoka, the Veltras family members flock to the Quellae estate as Tyrion, Pellmia, and Ryoka are headed there to visit and pick fruits from the orchard.<ref name=":1">[https://wanderinginn.com/2021/05/30/8-24/comment-page-1/ Chapter 8.24]</ref>

The party end up trapped inside the Quellae house after Ryoka is attacked by a mysterious spell-caster.<ref name=":1" />  Keireen is at the estate when the forces of Ailendamus attack and kidnap both Ryoka and [[Sammial Veltras|Sammial]].<ref name=":2">[https://wanderinginn.com/2021/07/28/8-33-r/ Chapter 8.33 R]</ref>
