However, after their death, their bodies are reanimated to serve for menial labor. For that reason, there are no slaves in Khelt, the owning of which is illegal. After the Days of Return and the weakening of the undead force, citizens are encouraged to do menial labor as Commended Volunteers, with mixed results as some simply leave their task when they get tired of it.
