==Appearance==
As a Water Dragon, Khetieve has gills and serrated talons. He has fins on his head, while his teeth are a blend of hair and bone, capable of shifting between tearing fangs to baleen-like structures for filtering algae.

==Personality==
He was the fiercest of the Water Dragons, which is what allowed him to survive for so long.

He favoured rechargeability over permanence in his artefacts, to apply more enchantments.<ref name=":0" />

==Background==
Thousands of years ago, Khetieve relinquished Xool to the [[Dullahans]] rather than contest them. He fought the Great [[Wyrms]] of [[Chandrar]] alongside the other Dragonlords.

He fought in the [[Creler Wars]] and was gravely wounded. As he was recovering, an earthquake caused by [Archmages] trying to sink [[Rhir]] buried him in his lair, and he hasn't been seen since. This caused the [[Merfolk]] under his protection to abandon their sanctuaries and join [[Ailendamus]].<ref name=":0">[https://wanderinginn.com/2022/07/12/9-06/ Chapter 9.06]</ref>

Khetieve's soul went to [[Diotria]]. He claimed the realm and became its leader.<ref name=":1" />
