== Chronology ==
Merindue met with the newly deceased, as an effort from the dead to learn what was happening in the living world. She was the one that found [[Cawe]] and took her to [[Erin Solstice|Erin]].<ref name=":0" />

When the dead regained their Skills and magic, and several ghosts took the opportunity to settle old grudges, Merindue chose to fight alonside Nerrhavia instead of slaying her. Merindue pushed Nerrhavia out of the way of a [[Seamwalkers|Seamwalker]] about to devour her. She survived and lasted until the near end of Kasignel, half-eaten. She ran [[Tamaroth]] through with Excalibur before being consumed, dealing him a wound that will not heal.<ref name=":1" />
