'''Naumel''' is the Chieftain of the [[Kraken Eater Tribe]] and is said to be the biggest Goblin in the world.

He is an extremely large Goblin with a bored, flat face. He sports untidy dreadlocks, reminiscent of seaweed.<ref name=":1">{{VERef|Goblin Days (Pt. 1) – The Wedding}}</ref>

Naumel is a battle maniac, and doesn't care for much outside of combat but will think about how fight a potential opponent.<ref name=":1" /> According to [[Anazurhe]], he does not seek to be a Goblin Lord and is content staying a Great Chieftain.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2021/10/03/8-46-g/ Chapter 8.46 G]</ref> He admires [[Velan]] as the Goblin King who killed everyone in his path, but was ignorant of Velan as a Goblin Lord who sought peace, and additionally he doesn't experience the memories of other Goblins in his sleep at all.<ref name=":1" />

When [[Rags]] and her entourage visited his tribe to form an alliance after they raided a caravan, he attacked her and made her admit defeat for control of her tribe. He was confused as to why she didn't hand over her tribe afterwards, and they started talking. The [[Flooded Waters Tribe|Flooded Waters tribe]] left when Rags sensed an imminent attack, and saw it was House [[Terland Family|Terland]]'s forces targeting the Kraken Eaters.<ref name=":1" />

The Terland Golems were handily defeated when Rags returned, and Naumel executed the Lord in charge. Then the Kraken Eaters went to raid a nearby village while there was a window where the Five Families wouldn't respond. They easily broke through the defenses, but the Flooded Waters tribe then interfered to allow the humans to flee, preventing the Kraken Eaters from pursuing. Naumel first fought [[Snapjaw]], and after he defeated her, Rags challenged him for control of the tribe. Rags fought in an evassive manner without ever letting him land a hit on her, then escaped via Wyvern. In response, Naumel and his tribe headed towards the [[High Passes]].<ref>{{VERef|Goblin Days (Pt. 3) – Vengeance and Talking}}</ref>

They arrive right after 1st Army of Pallas, the forces of [[Xitegen Terland]], the forces of [[Magnolia Reinhart]], and the Flooded Waters tribe help beat the Draconic Titan. They attack and cause quite a bit of damage but soon retreat anyway.

Soon they decide to attack again, but this time Ragathsi of Civilizations shoots him with 50 [Fireballs]. Surprisingly, he doesn't die to this, and his healing skills actually return him to normal condition.

Rags duels him for his tribe after becoming Rags of Change and wins easily.
