Over 1,000 years ago, Nekhret, having received the ''true'' [Archmage] class, represented Wistram, despite her focusing on necromancy which is nowadays despised.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2017/11/18/wistram-days-pt-6/ S03 – Wistram Days (Pt.6)]</ref> At one point, she defeated and killed Archmage [[Valmira]] in a duel.<ref>{{VERef|7.02}}</ref>

When she died, she was interred in a tomb in Wistram. Her remains would stay there until Pisces desecrated the tomb to steal her bones, which activated the tombs protections.
