They were originally founded by [[Pawn]] as an elite division of Individual [[Antinium]] Soldiers so that they could become Individuals, but some Antinium Worker paint themselves as well.

They are seen by the outside world, especially the Drake Cities. As Free Antinium Specialists rather then just soldiers with paint.
 
Many Strategists including Olesm would put them to be a level 20+ threat. On the level of the Twisted Antinium’s ‘experiments’, the Silent Antinium’s Assassins and the Flying Antinium’s ‘Jumpers.
 
The ability of all them to use skills and acquire class levels would raise their threat level again however. Putting their actual danger level to be around the Silent Antinium’s and Twisted Antinium’s specialist roles.
