==Appearance ==
Tulm has dark skin, ash-colored air and silver eyes. He wears Mithril armour, from which he gets his title.<ref name=":0" />

==Background==
Tulm was one of Niers' students. During one of Niers' famous games, he won by setting a city on fire. For this, Niers sent him a message with the answer to his question, but  did not invite him to converse as he would've done otherwise.

During a campaign, he grievously injured [[Perorn Sadiluc]], which still prevents her to run as she once did in the present.
