Zemmy is energetic, eager to fight and always itching for an excuse to throw fists. He can be careless, seen when he told [[Erin Solstice]] the name of his village, even when explicitly told not to reveal sensitive information to outsiders. Along with Mera, he has a habit of running into trouble.<ref name=":1">{{VERef|10.18 E}}</ref>  

When they were around five years old, Mera and him made a pact to always greet each other with their best punch which has resulted in them getting the [Vow of Rivals: First Blow] skill. Side effects of this lifestyle included that Zemmy once broke three of Mera's ribs and he himself lost sixteen teeth. Once he fought [[Crelers]] (Orangebugs) with Eurise while Mera was sick which is why he has one level more than her.

Zemmy is part of Eurises rescue party looking for Erin and [[Ulvama]]. Upon finding Ulvama and Erin the first thing he does is exchange punches with Mera to uphold theit vow. When Erin awakes from being cured of the aftereffects of the battle at sea, one of the first thing she observes is Fraelings including Zemmy and Mera playing tug of war with the Corundrum beetle and Zemmy and Mera punching each other too.<ref name=":1" />

After Erin is somewhat recovered Zemmy and Mera rile up Erin because they want to fight her. They are successful, Mera fights Erin and Zemmy stands to the side and comments on how the fight is going. When Ulvama tells him Erin is holding back, Zemmy tells Mera to rile up Erin more.

When Erin opens her temporary Fraeling inn in Dretonamis, Zemmy helps put as a bouncer and during the Festival of Spring Safety, Mera and him organise fights of other Fraelings against the Battle Hamster.<ref name=":0" />  

Zemmy accompanies Erin and Ulavama to [[Wyewesshi]] for some sightseeing and is with them when the [[Cottontail Raiders]] grap Ulvama. Erin tricks Zemmy to be able to interogate [[Fenmi]] alone. After Erins attack on the Raiders, Mera and him are the ones that explain Erins extreme actions due to her unique backstory to help foster public understanding for them and repair relations with the local Fraeling village at large. After that affair it is decided that Zemmy along with Mera, [[Matha]] and Eurise would escort Erin and Ulvama to the next city. Mera and him plan to go further and join Erin in travelling to Tallfolk cities.<ref>{{VERef|10.38 E}}</ref> Before Erins arrival their plan was to do that on foot.<ref name=":0" />  

* Other Fraelings call Mera and him the "brawling idiots"<ref name=":1" /> and Erin calls them the Brawling Bros which they do not care for.<ref>{{VERef|10.36 - (Pt. 1)}}</ref>
