Toerika, the Archmage of Moment, is a Titled Archmage of Wistram.

She specializes in light and memory magic, and even knows a bit of time magic. She lives a comfortable life in her homeland of Taimaguros. She attended Wistram at the same time as Valeterisa and considers herself her rival and was glad when she disappeared and presumed dead, though Valeterisa only occasionally remembers she exists.

Toerika chose not to return to Wistram to discuss the arrival of Earthers.
She was present via scrying with the other Archmages for the Blighted Kingdom's public launching of its ships to Izril's new lands. Afterwards, she went on a mediocre date with a [Duke], but modified her memories to remember the event as pleasant.[1]
