Chapter 2.33 is the 38th chapter of Volume 2.

Synopsis[edit | edit source]

Klbkch and his Queen are debating the recent events and the Antinium involvement. This includes the founding of Ceria's new adventuring group where the 'outcast' Ksmvr is unwittingly placed as part of a long-term plan to make him stronger. Their main concern is the Dungeon of Liscor, where the Antinium have recently had severe losses. They decide to speed up the 'discovery' process so that adventurers clean out the dungeon.

Then, Klbkch plants another clue in an ancient basement that he and Olesm are currently excavating to learn more about the ancient dungeon near and below the city. In fact, all material in that basement has been placed there by the hive in order to engineer the discovery of the dungeon.

Back in the Wandering Inn, Ceria's group celebrates their victory over the goblin attackers. They sort out the loot (see Items, below) and Erin relates how she also drove a few away with her [Inn's Aura]. Erin contemplates about Toren; she is worried about how he has changed so far.

Ceria, Yvlon, Pisces and Ksmvr officially form the new Horns of Hammerad.

Olesm shows up in the inn for a second time this day. He has just received word about a Goblin Lord in the south, and the city is put on alert and he has to stay as the [Tactician].

He also shows Ceria the old map of the Ruins of Albez that he had found earlier in the excavated basement, and the Horns immediately close all windows: Nobody ever had a city map of Albez before. The Horns of Hammerad leave only hours later, towards the north, with Erin funding them.

Later that evening, a [Butler] appears in Erin's door, handing out an invitation by Magnolia Reinhart.
