Elosaith Soulbound is the Village Head of Rheirgest.

His eyes are bright yellow. His left leg is made of bone, giving him a limp.[1] He's missing teeth.[2]

After Rheirgest's giant skeleton was reanimated by Kasigna, destroying his village, he was summoned before her with other [Necromancers].[3]

He and his village relocate to the floodplains around Liscor after the bone giant left their village during the solstice battle.
Lyonette takes him with her to visit the grove.
