Galas Muscle

From The Wandering Inn Wiki

Galas-muscle is a variety of magical muscle that develops in high-level individuals and is naturally found in certain species like Dullahans.

Overview[edit | edit source]

Also described as magical sinew, galas-muscles are very tough ligaments that develops in higher-leveled individuals for every levelling species.[1] Compared to regular muscles, they contain twice or three times as many striations and appears more vibrant. Galas-muscle cells have bigger nuclei colored pale grey or silver. Even in death, the galas-muscles don't degrade as quickly as the rest of the body.

Galas-muscles can emerge from regular muscles, with the first signs of new galas-muscles being cells with changed nuclei. At lower levels, time is a major factor in development, as a Level 22 [Veteran Lineholder] can have more as than a younger Level 34 [Warrior] with [Greater Strength].[2] Nobility can pass on galas down their bloodlines, and even children will have innate formations if their parents were strong. [Mages] can form galas with magic, and develop magical pools. They can also be developed through training and a specific diet, which Drathians are knowledgeable in.

Dullahans have a type of galas-muscle that gives them their ability to remove their heads and limbs and remotely control them.[1]

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • It's possible to build a body out of galas, but there is no room for error or there will be harmful consequences.[3]
