Background
Unlike in many fictions, Liches are in this world simply skeletal spellcasters that were [Mages] in life; that is not to say that they are not deadly.[1]
Powers and Abilities
Liches are considered a Silver-rank threat owing to their frailty in physical combat, assuming you can get that close that is. They must be destroyed completely, or they will return.[1]
