Ruskel is a Gnoll from the Longstalker’s Fang Tribe.
Appearance
He had one of his tribe's iconic fang-daggers at his belt, he wears his tribal gear of mostly undyed fur that has shamanic magic woven into the slip-knots which secure gear to him. Feathers, pouches which carry animal fat, goods to trade and or craft with.[1]

He arrives at The Wandering Inn with him bringing gifts, he and the rest of Plains Gnolls with him from other tribes are at Liscor to scout it out to see if it's a good fit for some of their members to move out there, and if not there then more north.[1]
