The Thorn of Speaking are an old magical communication artifact(s) in possession of the Circle of Thorns.[1]
Appearance[edit | edit source]
While not sure if all Thorn of Speaking are the same, one of these artifacts resembles a carefully-sculpted rose made of glass and magic, with razor-sharp thorns.[1]
Enchantments[edit | edit source]
This artifact(s) uses Blood magic to operate, by having the user cutting their skin with the razor-sharp thorns, to draw out their blood to ran across the glass rose. The blood is then twisted and changed, confirming the users allegiance only when the blood is seeped into the rose. Once that is done, the spell opens a gateway to other artifact(s) were only sound alone pass through.
This artifact(s) also scrambles the sound of the speakers voice’s intonations and tone, making them flat and dispassionate, so that they will not be recognized. The only thing that can be recognized about them is their gender.[1] It is currently unknown if this applies for the user side as well or not.

- It is currently unknown if there is a single Thorn of Speaking or multiple ones, as it either connects with a network of similar artifacts, or a single chamber to which all the artifacts are connected to, or possibly although unlikely, an actual meeting room where the Petals of Death members convene.
