Tree of Anapulis was one of the great spirits of the Vale Forest before her death. All that remains is a puppeteered avatar that contains a semblance of their being that she used to embody in the Congress of Root and Steel.

She and the other Gladelords negotiated with Lyonette and her group for the fate of the Dryad child within the Ironwood Wand. They failed to get their way accepting to making a pact for a number of Bush Shamblers to The Wandering Inn and letting the child's outcome be decided without them.[1]
