In the year 2 EL.R, Trixal Therest was hired by one of the Great Companies of Baleros to write a report where he listed Wistram as one of the most powerful factions in the world. The report became widely disseminated and controversial. There was outrage around the report's characterization of many world powers...except that of Wistram's. That is, other [Historians], [Diplomats], and notable cosmopolitans could agree that Wistram's position as a world power was undisputed.[1]
