'''Celum''' is a human city, located in [[Issrysil|Izril]]. It is one of the Northern Plains Confederation Cities. When it isn't winter, [[Magnolia Reinhart]] often moves to her manor in Celum.

The city is located 88 miles north from [[Liscor]] and is one of the most southernmost cities in the region before the High Passes.<ref>[https://www.patreon.com/posts/some-stuff-14315666 Timeline.txt]</ref> It is approximately six hundred miles south from [[Invrisil]] and around 3,800 to 4,000 miles south from [[First Landing]], the most northern city in Izril.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2017/04/09/2-09/ Chapter 2.09]</ref>

Celum is ruled by a council, which consists of a lot of [Merchants] and guild leaders.<ref>[[Chapter 3.30]]</ref> Celum has a [Mayor] but does not pay fealty to any nobles directly, making them a city state.

* In the early chapters the distance between Celum and Liscor was around/over 100 miles and in the newer Timeline the distance is 88 miles,<ref>[https://www.patreon.com/posts/some-stuff-14315666 Timeline.txt]</ref> leaving the True Distance of both cities uncertain.
* Sending a single [Message] spell from Celum to Liscor costs a couple of gold coins, though the longer the message is the more does the price increase. The price is so high as it is not easy to cast the spell, requiring a [Mage] to be at least Level 15 to be able to use it.
* 3 drakes appear to have lived in Celum,<ref name="3.15">[https://wanderinginn.com/2017/09/23/3-15/ Chapter 3.15]</ref> Jasi, Hess (a drake [Baker]), and another drake actor of the Players of Celum,<ref name="3.16" /> though that number changed with the main part of the group leaving the city to play in Lellisdam.<ref name="6.08">[https://wanderinginn.com/2019/04/16/6-08/ Chapter 6.08]</ref>
