== tl;dr ==

[[Erin Solstice|Erin]] awoke with a burning pain in her hand and, unable to sleep, wandered around the [[First Wandering Inn|inn]]. She ate more [[Amentus|blue fruits]] before venturing outside for relief. While trying to find tools to remove her soaked, bloody bandage, Erin found some magically preserved food. However, she accidentally deactivated magical runes. She checked the skeleton she saw the other day to distract herself from her stupidity. However, the skeleton was gone, and Erin found a [[Goblins|Goblin]] intruder instead. Relieved it was not something scary, she threw it outside the inn. Unbeknownst to her, a [[Rags|small Goblin]] watched the encounter, as did a [[Pisces_Jealnet|mysterious figure]] who later returned to his lair with intentions to use the bones he acquired for his latest project.

[[Erin Solstice|Erin]] awoke with a burning pain in her hand, and unable to sleep, she wandered around the [[First Wandering Inn|inn]]. After eating more [[Amentus|blue fruits]], she ventured outside for relief. It took longer than expected as she lost her way, but she managed to find the stream where she could dunk her hand in the cold water to soothe her hand. Unfortunately, the bandage on her hand became soaked and bloody, prompting Erin to find a way to remove it. After searching the kitchen for something sharp, she found magically preserved food in a cupboard with runes. She accidentally scratched the runes off with her fingernail and realized she had deactivated the magic.

As Erin sat in the common room, she tried to distract herself from the pain and her mistake. She went upstairs to check on a skeleton she had discovered the other day, only to find it missing. Paranoid and frightened, she heard creaking floorboards and prepared herself for an encounter. With relief, she soon realized it was just a [[Goblins|Goblin]], which she threw out of her inn. Outside, the Goblin's companions gathered their unconscious comrade and retreated into the night.

Unbeknownst to Erin, a small Goblin had been watching the entire scene. She almost liked the Human for beating the one who tried to creep into the second floor. However, this little Goblin wasn't aware that she was also being watched by a mysterious figure.

The crouched figure stared at both the Goblins and Erin. The figure returned to his lair, intent on using the bones he acquired for his latest project.
