The E stands for Emperor Laken Godart. == tl;dr == After Wiskeria was wrongfully suspected, Odveig is revealed to be a spy of Magnolia by the name of Sacra. == Synopsis == Day 66 Laken orders Odveig to take the Trackers to find the Goblins and Prost to finish the palisades. Odeveig returns after checking the ambush spot where Beniar was attacked but pull back after they felt like they were being watched. The day continues with everyone tense but still working. Day 67 Beniar recovers from his injuries and Laken has him train Durene and the villagers. Both adventurer squads head out when one of the adventurers spot 30 Goblins and 2 Hobs on the way. They return after they realise the Goblins covered their tracks and were trying to ambush them again. Laken interrupts Beniar's argument about riding them down and has the adventurers focus on guard duty. That night Laken senses the presence of a goblin in the village and wakes Durene. The Goblin is by Prost's house and Durene rushes out to fight it. Durene kills the Goblin by breaking it's neck and everyone is aroused awake by the fight. The adventurer's conclude that the Goblin was there to kill everyone in their sleep. Two hours later one of the barns is set alight but the villagers manage to put it out in time. Day 68 The villagers, mostly from Windrest, are discontent. One of them, Rehanna, complains when Laken is nearby and Laken approaches her. He defends his actions and eventually tells her that he knows of a blind man that his climbed the world's highest mountain. Rehanna thinks he's lying and Laken threatens to behead her but then tries to reassure all of the other villagers and tells them that once the Goblin threat is dealt with the villagers are free to leave but they will respect him as long as they are here. Rehanna refuses and Laken commands her to kneel before walking away. Durene becomes a level 9 [Paladin] and Laken watches as she and Beniar spar as she tries out her new skill, [Quick Strike]. Prost later meets with Laken and apologises over Rehanna's attitude, he thinks she was prompted by someone else to say what she said and he thinks it was the adventurers as they are the only ones that brought alcohol with them. Laken mulls over this new information and comes to the conclusion that since the Windfrozen Riders were out when the cottage was broken into it only leaves the Celestial Trackers and the patch of missing fur on the Mossbear points to witchcraft. Laken confronts Jeighya, one of the Trackers and asks about Wiskeria. He explains that Odveig isn't always part of the group but is the leader nonetheless and she invited Wiskeria to join them two months ago. Wiskeria has also summoned a herd of corusdeer after pullinh some fur off of one before. Laken summons Wiskeria to the cottage later that evening and asks her immediately about the Mossbear fur. Wiskeria tries to explain that taking the fur was just a precaution but Laken accuses her of setting the Mossbear on the village. While she does sound innocent Laken moves onto the next topic: someone entering the cottage. Wiskeria again proclaims her innocence but Laken doesn't have a truth spell on hand to clear her name. He also asks about inciting Rehanna which she also denies. Wiskeria sounds very convincing to Laken but he can't believe all the coincidences. Laken decides that she needs to be put under guard but Wiskeria pleads to him and hits him with a [Paralyzing Touch] before trying to escape. Laken gets Durene to stop her and Wiskeria reveals that she didn't even want to come here but did since Odveig was so insistent. Odveig coincidentally arrives at the same time and Laken realises that she's the actual spy and tells Durene to grab her. Odveig manages to avoid Durene and puts her to sleep alongside Wiskeria. Odveig reveals her true name, Sacra, and that she's a spy on behalf of Magnolia Reinhart before she leaves. == Characters == * Laken Godart * Odveig → Sacra (Real Name Revealed) * Prost Surehand * Beniar * Wiskeria * Gamel * Durene * Yesel * Jeighya (First Official Introduction) (Identity Revealed) * Rehanna (First Official Introduction) (Identity Revealed) == Locations == * Riverfarm ** Durene’s Cottage == Creatures == * Frostwing
