She briefly challenged Eldavin when he started a magical battle with the Archmages. Later they learned about the Earthers from Eldavin and revealed that human corpses have been appearing in the depths around their city-ships. She promised to modify their barriers to catch them. Trey approached her in order to convince her to break out the Earthers from under Wistram's influence. Once the break out started, they realized that he had also approached the Fissival representatives for the same thing, and they had been tricked in order to create chaos. Doroumata dueled Feor, but eventually opted to leave Wistram with the handful of Earthers they had managed to secure, lest they lose all of them. They manage to secure about three dozen Earthers aboard the Sorecue to take them towards Nombernaught. During the day when Fetohep of Khelt stormed across Chandrar for Izril, and every great nation, including every Drowned city, raised the alarm, she had waited for armageddon. While it never come she and everyone else bore witness to Ghost ships passing through the waters. A Drowned Woman’s ghost had stepped onto the Sorecue and said something to Doroumata. Days later she visit the Earthers and tells them they would be free, and they were offered payment for their knowledge. After land had rose from the sea and became part of Izril, and the oceans became chaotic and unfamiliar as a result, she gave the order for Nombernaught to ascend to the surface, were it colonized part of Izril's new land as a Drowned port city. == Powers and Abilities == === Classes/Levels: === * [Depth Mage] Lv. ? === Skills: === === Spells: === * [The Midnight Veil] === Abilities: === * Underwater Breathing: Like any Drowned People she can breathe underwater. * Regeneration: As she is half-starfish, she can regenerate herself. **Regenerative Replication: She can make clones from cut-off parts of her. Perhaps since Zelkyr they have forgotten. Either way, the landfolk have what we need. Endure indignity.” * (To Eldavin) “Grand Magus Eldavin. Do you pick a fight with the representatives of the Drowned Folk?” * To Eldavin: **“How may my daughters and I help you, Grand Magus? I have been told you’ve set a Creler nest—Krakens devour them—in the waters with your trades. What have my people to offer such a knowledgeable [Mage]?” ** “For you, Grand Magus, we would call you sea-friend even if we forgot all you had done lifetimes ago.” *(To Drowned Folk) “Two thousand years Nombernaught has sat in the depths above the Cauzn Strait. No longer. The ocean changes, and there is danger in the deep. In any other time, we would batten the sails and watch for foes. But the world…is different. A new land has appeared, and the dead speak. So I call for Nombernaught to rise. Once more, a Drowned City shall rest between sky and sea. We lay claim to this land, and we shall trade and war and love the land as much as sea. Izril will be our home.” == References ==
