During the [[Battle of Viadem’s Pass]], she was the highest-level individual on her side of the battlefield. The [Mage] group of [[Parasol Stroll]] captured her after she had killed at least four of them by herself. She was forced to submit to Parasol Stroll and accept a magically binding contract forcing her to be a loyal member indentured to Parasol Stroll for six years due to a total of six members of Parasol Stroll having died throughout the battle. The alternative for Esiela was her being killed. She accepted this in the hopes to eventually return to Belchan as a teacher.<ref name="7.13K" />

She later took part in the Siege of Sadomere,<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2020/05/06/7-21-kq/ Chapter 7.21 KQ]</ref> even casting [Haste] spells on [[Zamea]] herself.<ref name="7.27" /> She continued fighting alongside Parasol Stroll until the minotaurs and Rasea Zecrew came to a battle. Esiela was with Flos when three [[djinni]] were sent to attack him. She had to be saved by [[Takhatres]] during the battle, but she did survive.
