The First Grand Queen was one of the proto-Antinium Queens created by the Sleeping Demigoddess, warring among each other to become stronger and more dangerous for some unknown purpose. She bested her rivals by creating beings that could think like she could: the first Centiniums. Then she integrated the defeated proto-Antinium into her own Hive,<ref name=":1">{{VERef|10.54 UEG (Pt. 2)}}</ref> steadily uniting the Antinium species as it would be known, and creating the Unitasis Network.<ref>[https://wanderinginn.com/2022/09/04/9-13/ Chapter 9.13]</ref> Eventually, she led the Antinium to rebel against their creator, after the corruption and death of Hirriec the Conquerer.<ref name=":1" />

She was so dedicated to leading her people that she become a [Supreme Matriarch] – a special class gained from advancing in the [Queen] class for centuries.
