The First Grand Queen of the Antinium was the former ruler of the species.

The 1st Grand Queen was the one who united the Antinium species by creating the Unitasis Network.[1] She was so dedicated to leading her people that she become a [Supreme Matriarch] – a special class gained from advancing in the [Queen] class for centuries. She was extraordinary among her people because she continued to level even in her later years.[2]
She died 6000 years ago while leading a charge against the sleeping demigod of Rhir, which continued her slumber.[3]
