The '''Gladelords of Tauslech''' is a collective of 11 puppeteered beings that are bound to an area within the Vale Forest by a skill from the [[Veltras Family]].

== Overview ==
As the ages pass and the great forests dwindled and perished, remnant beings who were used as puppets remained bound to the location while their original possessors died. There are two requirements in order to enter the Congress of Root and Steel; one is having the bloodline of House Veltras and the other being on Izril.<ref name="Interlude - The Grove"/>

== Background ==
During the invasion of the [[Five Families]] on Northern [[Izril]] several thousand years ago, beings of the Vale Forest made a pact with the Family of House [[Veltras Family|Veltras]] that created a location-bound skill within the Vale Forest which became known as the Congress of Root and Steel. Here 12 beings of the forest would use puppeteered forms to engage with the Veltrases to debate and combat one another in order to come to an accord. <ref name="Interlude - The Grove"/>
