Originally they were "famously large" for a Selphid, which allowed them to move a Centaur's body by themselves. Affected by the Wasting, they are slowly losing parts of their body.<ref name=":0">{{VERef|Chapter 8.77 B}}</ref>

Gloriam is strong-willed, being able to manifest a powerful defensive aura that can withstand catapult rocks.<ref name=":0" />  

==Background==
Gloriam is an old Selphid, old enough to have met the previous Blighted King. They survived a battle against [[Velan]].<ref>{{VERef|10.08 (Pt. 1)}}</ref> At some point during their career serving in the Forgotten Wing Company, they were infected with the Wasting.

As their illness was a secret, they inhabited the head and torso of a [[Centaurs|Centaur]]'s corpse, while an assistant Selphid piloted the limbs.<ref name=":0" />
