Gloriam the Invincible is a Selphid and one of the leaders in the Forgotten Wing Company.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

Originally they were "famously large" for a Selphid, which allowed them to move a Centaur's body by themselves. Affected by the Wasting, they are slowly losing parts of their body.[1]

Personality[edit | edit source]

Gloriam is strong-willed, being able to manifest a powerful defensive aura that can withstand catapult rocks.[1]

Background[edit | edit source]

Gloriam is an old Selphid, old enough to have met the previous Blighted King. They survived a battle against Velan.[2] At some point during their career serving in the Forgotten Wing Company, they developed the Wasting.

Volume 8[edit | edit source]

Per Perorn's and Foliana's orders, Gloriam was sent to defend a mithril mine against a force from the Iron Vanguard. As their illness was a secret, they inhabited the head and torso of a Centaur's corpse, while an assistant Selphid piloted the limbs.[1]
