Gresaria Wellfar, [Harbormistress] of First Landing, shows up in a chariot and attacks Maviola, as a way to say goodbye to her. Az'kerash trains his Chosen by having them practice attacking Belavierr. Upset at their failures and Toren's success, they bully Toren and beat him until he nearly dies. Toren hides, and meets the Healing Slime, bonding over their mutual fear of their captors.
