==Background==
When he and Agnes first met, he was called Cecil. Then, they went out, and he had to find work further north. When he came back, he was using Ronald as his name. He headed south—actually past Liscor, were he worked around there and came back as Jerom. All three times, Agnes didn’t quite remember him until he reintroduced himself. [[Lyonette]] suspects him to be a former spy, that got poisoned, which would explain his bad health.<ref name=":0" />
